Adv. Michal Shahar
Adv. Michal Shahar is the founder and head of the firm. She has 23 years of experience in civil and commercial law, corporate law, complex litigation, insolvency proceedings and debt arrangements, banking law, contracts, real estate, and urban renewal.
Before establishing the firm, Adv. Shahar gained professional experience at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office – Civil Division and at leading law firms. Over the years, she has represented companies, businesses, shareholders, entrepreneurs, and private clients in proceedings involving substantial legal and financial interests, and has conducted complex negotiations, transactions, and disputes in Israel.
Her practice is distinguished by strategic thinking, the ability to identify the heart of a dispute, meticulous case management, strong negotiation skills, and an unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for each client.
Adv. Shahar holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from Bar-Ilan University. She has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2003 and is fluent in Hebrew, English, and French.
